This privacy policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information that you provide directly:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Your message
2.2 Free Audit Form
When you request a free audit, we collect the following information that you provide directly:
- Website URL
- Email address
- Business name
- Phone number

We also automatically collect attribution data when you arrive at the audit form from an external link or advertisement, including UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content), Google Click ID (gclid), Facebook Click ID (fbclid), and the referring page URL. This helps us understand which marketing channels brought you to our site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through our forms to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services
- Review your website and prepare a free audit if you requested one
- Contact you by email or phone about your request
- Understand which marketing channels are driving inquiries
- Improve our website content and service offerings
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your submitted information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your request and following up about our services.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
When you submit a form on this website, your information is sent to and stored by the following services:
- Web3Forms — Both the contact form and audit form submissions are sent to Web3Forms, which delivers the submission to us by email. Web3Forms processes form data on their servers to deliver email notifications.
- Supabase — Audit form submissions are also stored in a Supabase database so we can review and manage audit requests. Contact form submissions are delivered by email only.
We access submitted data through our own email and the Supabase dashboard. We do not share form submissions with any other third parties.
5. Analytics and Tracking
This website uses the following third-party analytics and tracking tools to measure traffic, understand visitor behavior, and track form conversions:
- Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-TM8FZVXH) — Manages tracking tags and fires events when forms are successfully submitted or when you click a phone or email link.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-J1SC9T4FLP) — Collects anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and traffic source.
- OpenAI Pixel — Used for ad measurement and conversion attribution.
These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect usage data. The data collected by these tools is typically anonymized and aggregated. We use this data to understand how visitors find and use our website, not to identify you personally.
DataLayer events we emit: When a form is successfully submitted, we push a generate_lead event to the dataLayer. When you click a phone or email link, we push a click_to_call or click_to_email event. These events do not contain personal information — they include only the form name and page path so we can count conversions accurately.
6. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. However, the third-party tools listed above (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, OpenAI Pixel) may set cookies on your device. These cookies are used for analytics and ad measurement purposes. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the functionality of some features.
7. Data Retention
We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the requested audit, and follow up about potential services. Audit requests stored in our database remain until we no longer need them for business purposes. If you would like your submitted data deleted, contact us at Stephen@GCVFlorida.com and we will remove it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of having your data used for specific purposes
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Stephen@GCVFlorida.com.

This website is intended for business owners and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website contains links to external sites, including our portfolio clients and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
