The HVAC market in Tampa Bay is one of the most competitive local search categories in Florida. Dozens of companies compete for the same AC repair, AC replacement, and emergency service searches. The Climate Guys needed a website and search presence that could break through.
The Strategy
We built dedicated service pages for each HVAC offering — AC repair, AC replacement, mini splits, heat pumps, commercial HVAC — each targeting the specific searches homeowners use when they are ready to call. Rather than a single services page, the site became a collection of high-intent landing pages.

When someone searches "AC repair near me" or "AC replacement Tampa," they are ready to call. The Climate Guys now has a page built specifically for that search, designed to convert that specific visitor into a call.
